The campaign, first launched in January, has been so successful that the dispensary says it s extended through the end of May, the owner says. Our goal continues to be to heighten awareness on the importance of receiving the COVID-19 vaccination as we do battle against this horrible illness, owner Jerry Millen says in a statement. Pot for Shots is our way of showing the commitment we have in assisting our community in getting back to normalcy. We support the safe and responsible use of cannabis and hope we are near the end of this pandemic.

My first indoor concert in more than a year. Two solo acoustic performers: a ridiculously talented young guy, Max Doud, then Tommy Brunett, scratchy-voiced scenester and Fairport whiskey baron. It was a night at The Penthouse at One East Avenue, 11 floors up in the downtown Rochester skyline. It’s a spacious room, and the tables seemed separated enough. All four of the people at our table were fully vaccinated.
